The challenge

A large social audience needed an owned platform and a publishing model that could support a broader media brand.

The shift

We gave each platform a distinct role: social for reach, an editorial website for evergreen content, and video for depth. The goal was a connected publishing system.

My role

As strategy and digital lead at Analiticom, I built the editorial website, daily publishing model, content pillars, and production system across articles, video, and social. Commercial partnerships were integrated into the editorial logic so branded content belonged within the audience experience.
