Case study · Brand Strategy
A customer-centered brand platform for Oriental, built from research and designed to be used.
Oriental needed a brand platform that marketing, product, service, and agency partners could apply beyond the strategy presentation.

Research showed that people experience progress through small steps and recoveries, not only major milestones. I turned that insight into “Progress isn’t given. It’s made.”
Three takeaways
Progress is built in small steps and recoveries, and the brand has to recognize both.
Fig. 03 Original scope · Three takeaways

As brand strategist and project lead, I led the work from research synthesis through the final platform. The research included leadership interviews, consumer focus groups, social listening, silent ethnography, category research, and existing segmentation.
I built purpose, brand behaviors, progress personas, experience principles, and voice and tone rules around the idea. The product portfolio became proof across customer segments, supported by a governance test for products and campaigns.
